Taylor Allen is a landscape painter from Eugene, Oregon who has been painting in the area since 2013. A lover of nature and seeking new creative direction he was inspired to paint after many hiking trips in Oregon.

Taylor’s work has evolved to include a variety of artistic expressions. He primarily uses acrylic and oil paint on medium to large canvases. Sometimes stretching his own canvas as well. His subjects include surreal type sunsets in wild natural settings as well as many places around the Northwest. His art is deeply rooted in the beauty of the natural world.

His art has been collected in the Eugene area and across the United States. Locally it has been displayed at the Maude Kerns Art Center, New Zone Gallery, Park st. cafe, Whiteaker Tattoo shop, and the Whiteaker community market.

Facebook, Etsy, and Instagram are common avenues to view and shop for his work. He regularly does private commissions for customers and continues to actively paint and explore new creative avenues from his Eugene studio.

“Painting in my studio in Eugene, Oregon brings me great joy. It is in my home studio that I am able to capture all of these great places that fill my imagination. Every work of art I have created has come from this place.”
